Are you an Existing Hockey Canada Member that has moved to WCMHA recently?
In order to action your transfer request to WCMHA the following steps must be taken:
Step #1
Complete the following HEO Attestation of InterBranch/Association Residency Form: Appendix A
Step #2
Provide a copy of Purchase and Sale Agreement or Lease Agreement (1 year minimum). New address and
closing date visible and dollar amount blacked out.
AND 2 of any of the following:
- School Registration
- Utility Bill or Cable Internet Bill (no cell phone) that match the new address
- Driver's Licence that matches the new address
- Copy of Vehicle insurance & registration slip that matches the new address
- Parent(s) and players are asked to note that, at the discretion of the Registrar, additional documents may be requested.
Step #3
Lastly, for player identification in the HCR system - Photocopy of birth certificate and/or passport. A Health
Card is not acceptable.
Please return all documents in a single email, so to keep your application in a clean email format.

HEO reserves the right to investigate granted player transfers at any time during the season. If the investigation determines that the transfer was ineligible (falsified or erroneous application information), the transfer decision may be revoked.
Knowingly falsifying any information will result in discipline of players, parent(s), team and/or League per Hockey Canada Regulation O. 3 (b) and (d).
Process can take 3 to 5 days, depending on the associations and districts involved, we will notify when complete so you can register.
