WCMHA offers both House League and Competitive programs. Regardless of the level of play, all players must first register with WCMHA.

REGISTRATION FEES – WCMHA 2025/2026 SEASON
For players who participated in spring tryouts or will be participating in fall tryouts for Ottawa Valley Silver Seven (OVSS) or Ottawa Valley Titans (OVT), please select the Player Declaration and Registration option only. This option is available online and is specifically for these tryouts, with a fee of $25.00. This step allows WCMHA to confirm your status as a member in good standing. Please note: This does not apply to players trying out for the WCMHA Crusaders Rep B teams.

Early bird registration rates are available to encourage timely sign-ups. This helps us accurately report team numbers to LCMHL and B League and align them with our ice allocations. In past years, some teams have had wait lists, so please register early to help us plan for a successful hockey season!

There is currently no early bird discount for U21 registrations. However, we encourage you to sign up early to help us report accurate numbers to LCMHL, with the hope of returning to a league game play model for the upcoming season.
***Base registration will close at 11:59PM on September 1, 2025 for most levels. Some exceptions will apply.
ADDITIONAL RATES AND NOTES:

If you are trying out for Crusaders Rep B, both your base registration and tryout fees must be paid before you are permitted on the ice.

To qualify for the "early bird rate", payment MUST be received and paid by August 15th at 11:59PM . Payments after this date will be at the regular rate.

Please note registration fees above do not include team fees. Each player will be asked to pay an additional team fee of up to $400 for house league and $600 for Crusaders Rep B once the teams are formed.

Crusaders tryout fees are set at $175. This year, tryouts will feature reversible jerseys. Crusaders top-up fees of $735 are due only once the team is finalized.
