2010-2011 HOCKEY REGISTRATION
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer two registration alternatives,

2. On Site
DIVISIONS
Players compete in divisions based on their age as of December 31, 2010. The ages for corresponding divisions are as follows:

*For Initiation Players born in 2006, registrations will be accepted and placed on a wait-list as priority is given to 5 and 6 year olds. It is the ODMHA’s recommendation that 4-year olds do not participate in the Initiation Program.

The registration fee for all those who register on-line or before June 30th, 2010 is as follows.

Placement is guaranteed for all returning players that register before June 30th, 2010, except for goalies.
After June 30th, 2010 registration fees will increase $50, except for the Initiation/Juvenile program. Late fees will not be transferred to OVT and OVSS or those leaving to play a higher category of hockey.

The final date for registration is July 31st, 2010. Any registration processed after this date shall be placed on the registration wait-list.
A late fee of $50 will be imposed for late registrants from July 1st to July 31st. Registration officially closes August 1st.
Any registrant after August 1st must contact the Registrar directly, there will be an applicable $50 late charge that is non-refundable and they will be placed on a wait-list if the program is full.
The Initiation and Juvenile Programs are not subject to late fees.
First-time Warrior registrants must provide proof of birth by faxing their birth certificates to the WCMHA Registrar.
Rep Try-out fees are non-refundable and will be collected during try-outs. For planning purposes please identify your interest in this level of play on your registration form.
Players & goalies need to attend a given tryout to ensure their “intent” is understood.
Players & goalies need to communicate with the Level Coordinator when any given circumstance requires them to miss a tryout.
In the event of too many players or goalies for a particular level, WCMHA will do their best to ensure player placement as requested. If this is not possible, placement will be based on the registration date – first come, first serve.
Any player that is successful in their placement on our competitive team will be subject to a further Association of $450 (Atom/PeeWee) and $500 (Bantam/Midget).
ON LINE REGISTRATION
On line registration can be completed by following the links at the Warriors web site, www.wcmha.ca, available on April 15th.
On-line registration will only be available until July 31st, 2010.
From June 30th to July 31st, late fees will apply.
Online registration for the Initiation/Juvenile Program will be available from March 31st, 2010 – September 15th, 2010 or the program is full.
ON SITE REGISTRATION
Pre-Registration
Date: Wednesday, May 19th, 2010
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Venue: W. Erskine Johnston Arena – Sports Club
*Blank forms will be available.
There is no need to attend the on site registration if you have registered online.
For your convenience, blank registration forms will be available to download and complete from our website (www.wcmha.ca) to be submitted in person for a limited time through the registration period.
Note: No pre-printed forms will be at Registration this year; each person registering in person (new or returning) will be required to fill in a new registration form.

*Cheques will only be cashed on the above dates.
Competitive players anticipating release that played elsewhere the season before will be expected to pay their WCMHA fees in full and late fees will not be transferred to OVT and OVSS or those leaving to play a higher category of hockey.
Once the player is confirmed playing at a higher level offered than WCMHA, the released player’s fees will be transferred to the organization (Ottawa Valley Titans MHA and Ottawa Valley Silver Seven MHA) once confirmed by the Association Registrar, late registration fees are not transferred.
Of Important Note:
Registration forms and cheques submitted to Coaching Staff/Team Management/Referees/Level Coordinators/Board of Directors/Sports Club – will not be deemed acceptable. The two methods of registration are online or via a live registration window.
All cheques must be submitted to the Registrar via the Association mailbox along with the printed online confirmation or a paper indicating the player’s name, DOB, telephone number, address and the guardian name.

Registration is not complete until fees are paid in full or received by August 1st, 2010.
Refunds
If for any reason a member decides to terminate or cancel his membership, a Registration Refund Form can be obtained from the WCMHA web site wcmha.ca, filled out and submitted to the WCMHA processing. A $40 administrative fee will apply and refunds will be prorated based on the following timeline.
Before Season Start (September 30th) – 90% less $40 admin fee
During the month of October 75% less $40 admin fee
During the month of November 50% less $40 admin fee
After December 31st – NO REFUNDS
BODY CONTACT CLINIC
Any first-year Peewee player MUST attend the clinic.
*For the above camps, players are to bring their own jerseys and water bottles.
